Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform interior painting in Residence Halls and other buildings on Campus.
- Perform exterior painting when necessary.
- Assist Trades and Handy people with various tasks when requested.
- Assist with office and furniture moves when necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned within the scope of work of the Facilities Department.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Must be able to work from 8:00AM to 4:00PM – Monday through Friday.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of physical labor.
- $16.50 per hour.
- 40 hours per week – 8:00AM to 4:00PM – Monday through Friday.
- Housing is not provided.
