Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to provide a loving, Christ-centered environment where young learners can grow spiritually, academically, and socially. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a desire to integrate biblical principles into all aspects of teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and Christian values.
- Foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
- Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
- Incorporate biblical teachings and prayer into daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and spiritual development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- State teaching certification (or eligibility for certification). ACSI certification is also acceptable.
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s statement of faith.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a Christian school setting.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
