Job Summary:
We are looking for a loving and creative PreK Teacher to lead a classroom of young learners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to integrating biblical truths into daily learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth.
- Provide a safe and welcoming classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Teach early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through hands-on activities and play.
- Integrate Bible stories, prayer, and Christian values into daily routines.
- Develop strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure program quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Appropriate certification credential preferred.
- Demonstrated faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s statement of faith.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management techniques.
- Previous experience teaching young children, preferably in a Christian setting.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
