Summary
Consistently provide friendly and courteous customer service to all pool patrons.
Essential functions
- Utilize guest management software to check guests into the Pool, and process daily admission sales of credit card transactions.
- Control facility access for a pool facility; limit entrance privileges to paid customers and season pass holders. Assist pool patrons with questions, requests, and complaints.
Related functions
Assist with swim team special event functions.Physical Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate physical fitness to include frequent light to occasional heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs.) standing, and walking for long periods of time, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time and intermittently.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to talk, hear, and see.

- Ability to communicate township/department policies, rules, and regulations to all that use the facility.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work habits to meet ever-changing schedule requirements.
