This position is responsible for the safety of student swimmers by preventing and responding to emergencies.
Schedule/hours: Minimum of 7 straight weeks within November- December (fall semester), and 7 straight weeks within February - March (spring semester).
- Tuesday through Thursday
- 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
Qualifications: American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid & CPR Certification.
Responsibilities: Recognize and respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
Enforce all aquatic facility rules and regulations.
Work in tandem with PE Instructors to ensure a safe environment.
Stay 30 minutes later one day per week for make-up class
Compensation: $20/hr
