About the Role
We're seeking a Community Specialist to serve as Manifest's strategic connection to the creator community. In this elevated role, you'll take ownership of building, nurturing and expanding our relationships with creators, influencers and community leaders. You'll work collaboratively across teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance our community presence, foster loyalty and strengthen our brand within the creator economy.
As a Community Specialist, you'll be responsible for proactively driving Manifest's engagement efforts, identifying opportunities to grow our network and ensuring our community's needs and voices are heard. This position is ideal for someone who deeply understands social media culture, is connected with the creator base, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and wants to make a significant impact in the fintech and creator space.
Community Building & Relationship Management
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with creators, influencers and industry leaders.
- Serving as the main point of contact between Manifest and the creator community, ensuring their feedback and needs inform business decisions.
- Identifying and actively engaging with emerging and established creators to grow Manifest's network.
- Planning, organizing and executing impactful community events (virtual and in-person) that drive engagement and awareness.
