Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.

- Responsible for outlining and maintaining a Salesforce.com strategy and roadmap, highlight sales division needs in alignment with functions across the organization (with special focus on Customer Center, Marketing, Finance and Accounting).
- Ensures alignment with Technology Lead and Technology policies/functions.
- Drives decisions on additional capability delivery (ie. Purchase of third-party software, updates to existing Salesforce instance) in concert with requesting parties.
- Responsible for maintaining license assignment policies, permissions, security, and procedures.
- Monitors user adoption across the org.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Provides on-boarding for new support personnel.
- Facilitates interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs.
- In alignment with Sales Analysis, develops and refines Salesforce reporting functionality including preparing dashboards, pipelines, and providing support for end user requests.
- Provides first level triage support for end users of Salesforce.
- Works closely with the business users and Technology to develop, test and deploy fields, forms, workflows, interfaces, records, and user roles to meet business requirements.
- Works closely with the business users and Technology to design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration projects of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day functions.
- Helps identify, evaluate and drive adoption of processes and procedures that enhance the productivity and predictability of the business.
- Works cross-functionally with IT to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science.
- 3 years of experience administering Salesforce.com for a rapidly scaling organization.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce data structure; understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Salesforce.com certification preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; specifically, customer interaction.
- Strong skills in proactive planning, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Word).
