Manifest Solutions is hiring a versatile Scrum Master / IT Project Manager for a remote contract role (3–6 months, with potential extension) to support a client's cybersecurity initiatives. This hybrid position combines agile leadership with project management to bridge gaps across cybersecurity teams and streamline workflows.
Role Overview
You will manage dual responsibilities as a Scrum Master and IT Project Manager, facilitating collaboration across cybersecurity domains while ensuring alignment with PMO standards. Your role will balance agile practices with structured project delivery in a complex security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring sprint goals are met.
- Act as IT Project Manager, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate across cybersecurity silos : GRC, Operations Technology, Security Architecture Engineering, Identity Access Management, and Security Operations.
- Partner with SMEs and team leads to define tasks, assign work, and track progress.
- Conduct weekly status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting priorities as needed.
- Adhere to and advocate for the client's PMO processes, with willingness to undergo targeted training.
