We are seeking a full-time Microschool Teacher to support learning to join us for the 2025-2026 school year.
We are looking for a teacher to lead a small group of students in kindergarten within the microschool.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Utilize literacy and math education strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational environment.
- Incorporate relevant premium skills such as curriculum development and mentoring to support student growth.
- Utilize technology and specialized skills to support students with diverse needs and abilities.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum three years experience teaching at the elementary level is preferred, but not required
- Ability to achieve strong social emotional and academic results using a social constructivist approach to learning
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in differentiating curriculum and instruction for varied abilities and ages
Qualifications:

- Experience with curriculum development and designing, socratic method, and project work
