About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Construction Project Manager at the superintendent level to oversee and manage construction projects across the country. This role requires extensive travel, with the majority of the year spent on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate can be based anywhere in the U.S. and must have a strong background in field supervision, site management, and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and resolve field-related challenges.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and internal teams, to align goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and compliance records.
- Ensure all work adheres to company standards, building codes, and OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
