Mankato Area Public Schools has a position available for a Director of Early Learning beginning March 31, 2025. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
Summary of Duties :
The Director of Early Learning provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program development for district-wide early childhood services. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing operations of the Center for Learning facility, ensuring high-quality instruction, fostering community partnerships, and supporting families with children from birth to age five. The director ensures high-quality instruction, compliance with state and federal regulations, and alignment with district goals to enhance school readiness and early learning outcomes.
Qualifications Required :
- Early Childhood Special Education Licensure
- Three year teaching experience in Early Childhood Special Education
- Pre K and / or Parent Education Licensure
Qualifications Preferred :
