Mankato Area Public Schools
Mankato Area Public Schools Maintenance and Facilities has a Grounds Manager position available beginning as soon as possible. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
Summary of Duties :
Supervisor to lead groundskeeper and summer grounds staff. May include, but not limited to : landscaping, mowing, turf restoration, sod laying, planting, trimming, watering, fertilizing, aerating, slit seeding, field marking and painting, care of equipment, moving materials, backup delivery driver, and snow removal.
Qualifications Required :
Possess a valid Minnesota Drivers License and a clean driving record. Previous managing experience. Experience and knowledge in field preparation, grounds, and turf. Understand and carry out both written and oral instructions. Knowledge of grounds equipment and tools and ability to work safely with them. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Non-Commercial Applicators License preferred.

Rate of Pay :
20.34- $20.85 per hour
