The Country Inn & Suites of Mankato, MN is currently seeking friendly individuals who enjoy providing excellent guest service. The House Person’s primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of the property’s public spaces. This would include but not limited to : trash removal to the dumpsters, meeting room setup & strip down of rooms, shoveling, & vacuuming guest hallways. The House Person is also responsible for assisting housekeepers and guests as needed, and providing friendly, courteous and professional guest service.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
- Must have the ability to provide professional and courteous guest service.
- Must have good time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal / written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.
