Manko Window Systems has been a leader in the Commercial Windows, Doors and Storefront industry for over 30 years. We are seeking hard working and reliable individuals for our Maintenance department. Candidates should possess prior industrial maintenance experience and have general knowledge of manufacturing processes. Their role is to maintain building operations and ensure that facility is safe and functional. Candidates must be professional, organized, have a great attitude, and be adept at problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Must have ability & willingness to work
- Perform basic to advanced troubleshooting of equipment mechanical, electrical and control issues
- Operating and maintaining production equipment
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
- Must be able to lift items up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to drive a forklift, scissor lift and other equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to check control panels and identify issues
- Carpentry or electrical abilities to handle basic repairs around the facility
- Passion for creative problem-solving
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the facility
Skills:
- Preferred experience with the following machinery: Lisec, Glaston, Hegla, Emmegi, Denver/Forvette CNC
- Good knowledge with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a sense of urgency on troubleshooting and repairing
- Demonstrates a commitment to high quality work
- Ability to work independently
- Accountability: meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results and encourages other to do the same
- Quick learner, be prompt and a self-starter
- Related experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate that shows hard working qualities
Shifts are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours. All full-time employees will work 40 hours each week and overtime may be required.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
