Manly Bands is growing our team, and we are searching for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who will support the executive leadership team and provide customer support for our front office and general office oversight and support. What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, assisting in scheduling, planning, and executing tasks as assigned
- General office support includes ordering catering, supplies, and event coordination.
- Front desk management to include greeting visitors and customers
- Provide excellent service to customers who come in looking to purchase our products.
- Take a leadership role in overseeing the Culture Committee, which plans and provides events for our team members.
- Assist in responding to online social comments.
What You’ll Have:
- General business knowledge, including marketing, operations, and finance
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, sheets, docs, presentations)
- Ability to multi-task and see tasks through to completion
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance that matches the Manly Bands culture and brand
- Experience working in retail sales
- Experience working as an administrative assistant or customer service
