What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative strategy, drive high-performing marketing campaigns, and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be adept in video production, creative strategy, performance marketing video creation, oversight of the creative process, and brand strategy within the e-commerce space.
This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of inspiring a team while executing data-driven creative initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a compelling creative strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Video Production: Oversee the ideation, production, and execution of high-quality video content for digital, social, and paid media campaigns.
- Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-converting assets for paid media, email, and other direct response channels, ensuring creatives are optimized for performance.
- Brand Strategy & Development: Drive brand identity, tone, and messaging to create a differentiated and compelling brand presence in the e-commerce space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, and Content teams to align creative execution with business goals and KPIs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to optimize creative assets and continuously improve performance.
- Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers, videographers, copywriters, and external creative partners.
- Innovation & Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of creative trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge.
What You’ll Have:
- 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
- Proven expertise in video production, including scripting, storyboarding, directing, and post-production.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and how creative impacts conversion rates and ROAS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact brand and performance creative work.
- Experience managing and scaling creative teams.
- Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ability to balance data-driven insights with creative instincts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
