This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient parking facility.
- Assist customers in using exit kiosks to pay for parking
- Direct visitors to available parking spots when needed
- Issue warnings or call for towing if vehicles are parked illegally
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up debris in the parking lot
- Use hand signals or lights to direct traffic flow
- Check vehicles for damage and report concerns
- Greet customers and assist them in finding their vehicles
- Mediate minor parking disputes professionally
- Help jump-start vehicles or arrange for tow trucks if needed
- Provide directions and answer general questions about parking fees and facility policies
- Patrol the parking area to prevent theft or vandalism
- Assist in maintaining and reporting issues with parking kiosks and barriers
- Handle other duties as assigned to keep the parking area safe and organized
