Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with carriers and Customer Service team in case of shipping challenges
- Customer Portal Entry and Navigation for ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) requirements
- Maintain established levels of productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to maintain on time shipping requirements
- Monitor reports to collect data and reporting for business KPI's
- Maintain close communication with 3PL outbound supervisors
Education:
- Associate's Degree or High school diploma with a minimum of One (1) year of experience in Traffic within distribution, or manufacturing
- 1 year of processing of outbound shipments within a distribution/manufacturing/warehouse environment
- 1 year of creation of shipping paperwork including exports
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong ability to maintain deadlines and communicate such effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working/partnering with international 3PLs
- One (1) year of demonstrated SAP skills
- Proficiency in verbal, conversational and written Spanish
