As an Entry-Level Project Manager within our Operations group, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects across diverse sales, engineering, and operations segments within the Americas Region. Your focus will be on coordinating team activities, assisting in project planning, and ensuring that all projects meet both customer and company requirements while adhering to MANN HUMMEL's high-quality standards and timelines.

Main Tasks

• Project Coordination: Oversee various aspects of projects across cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and MP&L (Materials, Planning & Logistics) within the Americas region.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist in creating project documentation, maintaining schedules, monitoring tasks, and ensuring compliance with MANN HUMMEL's standard project management tools and processes.
• Reporting: Track project progress, timelines, and milestones; create concise reports, analyze data, and effectively communicate technical information to key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with project teams and relevant client stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for project status updates.
• Team Support: Coordinate and support activities within the team to ensure that all required tasks are performed and deadlines are met.
• Learning & Development: Learn and apply project management methodologies to gain experience in handling projects independently, executing one or more projects simultaneously.
  
  

Your Profile

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or an equivalent field.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in leading teams or coordinating projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency, multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Project Management (PM) certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
