Logistics Lead - Trucking Dept

Pay range is $19 - $21 hour

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated professional to join our Trucking Department as a Logistics Lead in Hackensack, MN.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for overseeing all trucking department at the Hackensack facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate dispatch for outbound customer loads and transfers between our facilities.
  • Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing loads.
  • Coordinate incoming loads with other companies and other Mann Lake locations.
  • Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work, mentoring and training employees
  • Ability to work regularly and dependably.
  • Ability to function in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and cooperative temperament with coworkers and customers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Prior management experience with strong leadership skills, preferred
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Must have good safety habits and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management.
  • Effective communication skills; written and oral.

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including the telephone.
  • Mobility within the work facility.
  • Ability to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, including a stand-up.
  • Sitting and / or standing for long periods of time.
