Position Overview: We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to five years of experience and possess exceptional communication (both written and oral) and legal research skills. A strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning are essential qualities we seek in candidates.

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas or ability to waive in.
- Up to five years of legal experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in medical negligence defense is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including estate planning and family law.
- Maintain organized records and manage case files in a law office setting.
