Your Day to Day:
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets facility standards.
- Schedule and coordinate housekeeping shifts to meet facility needs.
- Train and support housekeeping team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Order and manage housekeeping supplies within budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
