How you'll help move us forward:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Workday platform and HR systems landscape while providing support to the global HR team as needed
- Leads requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality
- Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the adoption of new technology and processes.
- Document requirements, perform configuration, draft test plans and lead user acceptance testing
- Help us to leverage Workday capabilities throughout our expanding global enterprise
- Deploy new Workday features and Collaborate with our HR team in a journey of continuous implementation, optimization, and adoption.
- Participate in functional technology audits with internal/external auditors or other
- Assist COE leaders with the solutioning, configuration and ongoing support of annual HR programs (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Annual Enrollment).
- Stay up to date with the external technology landscape by participating in Workday Community and other forums to identify new and emerging technologies, as well as opportunities for automation and technology optimization to improve overall usability of the system.
- Performs research into problems, identifying opportunities to correct the situation, and seeks opinions and feedback on suggested Uses a consultative approach and looks beyond the surface to ensure the solution will fix the problem.
- Effectively partners with teams such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
- Participates in bi-annual Workday releases by reviewing release notes, educating end users on new functionality, making recommendations on functionality to deploy, conducting new functionality and regression testing.
The experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or another related field.
- 8 years of experience in HR technology, within high-growth and/or significant transformation
- Experience managing large-scale HR technology system administration in a global environment, with specific experience in Workday HCM and other modules such as Timekeeping, Absence, Payroll, and
- Strong understanding of Workday design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
- Proven project management capabilities including planning, organizational skills, effective time management and a growth mindset.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
