Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, positive, and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team at our Endodontic Practice located in Palm Coast and Ormond Beach. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with patient care, both clinically and clerically. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support: Assist the Endodontist during procedures by preparing and organizing instruments, materials, and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of the treatment process.
- Patient Care: Provide a positive and supportive environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during treatments.
- Clerical Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, updating patient records, managing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate files.
- Sterilization & Maintenance: Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained in accordance with industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide excellent patient care, fostering a supportive and friendly work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, especially in an Endodontic practice.
- Certification in dental assisting or equivalent training (X-ray certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative duties.
