- answer telephone, screen and direct calls

- prepare correspondence and documents
- obtain, sort and disburse mail to appropriate staff
- organize conference rooms
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- monitor, operate and maintain office equipment
- order and maintain office supplies
- assemble various types of tax returns

Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- knowledge of computers and relevant MS Office software applications
- knowledge of customer service
