We offer a hybrid remote work environment with offices in Los Angeles (CA), San Francisco (CA), Costa Mesa (CA), and San Diego (CA).
Responsibilities :
- Lead trials and handle cases involving Automotive Litigation, Personal Injury, Catastrophic Injuries, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.
- Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
- Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, offering detailed liability and damage analyses.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings, such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
- Lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
- Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
