Our client, an incredibly successful consulting firm in Somerville, is looking for a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join their operations team. The Office Coordinator will help with a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and assist in all administrative and office matters as needed.

- Assist the Office Manager by addressing spontaneous requests quickly, researching assigned tasks and vetting potential vendors.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors.
- Conduct daily walk-through of facility.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and stocking food, snacks, kitchen & pantry supplies.
- Distribution: responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist in organizing company sponsored events.
- Support office moves and build-outs.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fast learner who enjoys solving problems.
- Have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter on projects.
- Be even-tempered, kind and respectful, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Have unending patience and thrive on getting things done.
