Clinical Duties:
- Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Provide patient counseling to optimize medication use, adherence, safety, and effectiveness.
- Oversee pharmacy programs, including medication synchronization, compliance packaging, and immunizations (flu, COVID, etc.).
- Maintain quality assurance in compounding and dispensing medications.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers to promote collaborative care.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staffing, workflow, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Develop and monitor budgets to meet financial and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Lead and execute innovative pharmacy programs, such as Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and patient adherence programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Manning Pharmacy and Manning Regional Healthcare Center to strengthen community ties.
