Security Officer (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in the Los Angeles area covering key locations such as Long Beach, Santa Ana, Orange, Gardena ect. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to various situations, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Vigilant Monitoring: Patrol assigned areas and monitor surveillance systems to ensure safety and security at all times.
• Prompt Response: React quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and any signs of suspicious activity.
• Thorough Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks and ensure that safety protocols are followed.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and de-escalate potentially volatile situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
• Collaboration: Work alongside law enforcement and emergency services as needed during investigations or crises.
• Documentation: Accurately document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Certification in security or law enforcement is preferred, though relevant experience and training are also considered.
• Proven experience with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong observational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to punctuality and maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Must have VALID drivers license & VALID car insurance
