Mānoa Chocolate Hawaiʻi is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory that has been making high-quality chocolate in Kailua, on the windward side of Oʻahu since 2010. Sourcing cacao from Hawaiʻi and around the world, our goal is to bring out the best in each bean!
We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are excited to learn about this industry—no chocolate experience necessary.
**Currently looking for:**
- Chocolate Makers/Chocolatiers
We are offering full-time employment, weekday and/or weekend shifts with medical coverage.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in the chocolate production process while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Monitor food processing operations to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in packaging finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow CGMP practices to ensure food safety.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
