Responsibilities
Manor House Apartments is seeking a motivated and reliable full-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at our 296-unit, upscale garden apartment community in Lancaster, PA. The Leasing Consultant will support the day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to:
• Proactively engaging with prospective residents through phone calls, email, and in-person interactions
• Conducting leasing tours, processing applications, and preparing leases and move-in paperwork
• Coordinating maintenance and repair requests between residents and the maintenance team
• Assisting with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents
• Participating in the planning, preparation, and hosting of resident events
• Gathering data and compiling daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports
• Monitoring the property database and updating resident/property information as needed
• Performing other sales and administrative duties as assigned
This is a full-time position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, including Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and occasional evening hours (approximately once a month) to host resident events.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior sales or leasing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products
• Experience with design software such as Canva is a plus
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
