What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Manor Park, Inc.?
General Maintenance Worker to perform routine repairs and maintenance as well as preventative maintenance on Manor Park’s campus. This will include light electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair/replacement. Three to five years experience preferred. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. This is a full-time position, 8:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Will also be on call some weekends. We offer time off with pay, 401(k) plan, health insurance, supplemental insurance, and free life insurance. Must love working with senior citizens. Will work on some holidays.
