What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Forman position at Manpower Augusta?
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Industrial Construction Foreman Lead installation crews with the install of material handling needs (Racking/Modulars/Mezzanines/Fencing)
-Must be team oriented and works well with others
-Must be able to lead a team of 2-6 at any given job
-Must be willing to travel out of state and up to 2 weeks at a time
- Must be safety oriented and adhere to safety policies/procedures
-Ability to read blueprints/layouts to start a project
-Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
-Strong Communication Skills
-Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
-Knowledge of forklift/aerial platforms a plus
