Duties
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Engage in talent management activities, ensuring that candidates align with the company’s culture and values.
- Perform employee evaluations to assess candidate fit and potential for success within the organization.
- Lead the interviewing process by preparing interview questions, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using tools like Kronos.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on relationship management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems for managing employee data is advantageous.
- Strong research skills to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Experience in internal recruiting processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
