Pay Range : $50,000 - $70,000
What's the Job?
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare and review financial statements for clients and the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws for both the firm and its clients.
- Lead the implementation of accounting software and systems to improve workflows.
