Our client, a leader in food distribution, is seeking a Finance Associate I to join their team. As a Finance Associate I, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting the operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Finance Associate I

Location : Kent, WA

Pay Range : $24.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in resolving exceptions and issues related to fleet operations.
Handle local payments and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Perform invoice reconciliation and support the processing of purchase orders.
Scan and manage supporting documentation for financial transactions.
Collaborate with the Coordinator to ensure smooth operational processes.

What's Needed?

1-3 years of experience in finance or related fields.

Proficiency in invoice reconciliation and data entry.

Ability to work in an office setting five days a week.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
