Our client, a leader in the Telecommunication sector, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting the network procurement organization. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Overland Park, KS
What's the Job?
Gather, analyze, and create comprehensive work products documenting requirements for existing and new applications.
Facilitate communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units.
Plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems and product / service development.
Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
Act as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources, ensuring effective collaboration.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases (Intermediate / Advanced).
Experience with Power BI for report design and maintenance (Preferred).
Familiarity with Alteryx for workflow and macro proficiency (Preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
