Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Salem or Portsmouth, NH - In office, not remote!
Pay Range : Base Commission (averaging $25 / hr, higher pay for bilingual and mid-day shift)
Schedule : M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm or 11 : 30am-8 : 00pm

Engage with Customers : Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with each account, ensuring a positive experience.
Handle Calls with Confidence : Manage outbound and inbound calls professionally, using scripts when necessary to provide top-notch service.
Negotiate Like a Pro : Work with clients’ customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements based on specific parameters.
Resolve Disputes Swiftly : Identify and resolve disputes promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate and Innovate : Participate in problem-solving and decision-making activities to continuously improve our processes.
What's Needed?
Experience : Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service position preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
Typing Skills : Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm).
Basic Skills : Basic math and written communication skills.
Language Skills : Bilingual / multilingual abilities are a plus!
