Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Core Java Developer to join their team. As a Core Java Developer, you will be part of the software development department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Core Java Developer
Location : New York, NY (Hybrid - Onsite at least 2X per week)
Pay Range : $55 per hour on W2 (No C2C, referrals, or Third Parties)
What's the Job?
Design, develop, test, and deploy critical and complex Java applications.
Implement microservices-based solutions and write unit / integration tests.
Utilize Java 8 features, particularly Streams API, in development tasks.
Work with Spring-based technologies and caching frameworks like Hazelcast.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and project success.
What's Needed?
8 years of hands-on Java experience with a solid understanding of Java fundamentals.
5 years of experience with Spring technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
5 years of SQL knowledge and experience in writing complex queries.
Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
