Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a DevOps Architect to join their team. As a DevOps Architect, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : DevOps Architect
Location : Hybrid 1x / week in Jersey City, NJ
What's the Job?
Evaluate, select, and configure SDLC tools and technologies to support development and delivery processes.
Design and build robust CI / CD pipelines for automated software integration, testing, and deployment.
Implement DevSecOps practices and principles into software development processes.
Collaborate with development teams, DevOps engineers, security specialists, and other stakeholders to address challenges.
Document architecture designs, configurations, and best practices for CI / CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10 years of experience as an Applications, Solutions or Platform Architect or similar role.
Proficiency in programming & scripting languages such as Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, Bash.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
