Our client, a leader in the financial sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various territories across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Facilities Coordinator

Location : Raleigh, NC (On-Site position, may allow for 1 day remote per week)

Pay Range : $28-$32 / hr based on Excel experience

What's the Job?

Oversee work order management and coordinate with vendors regarding late work orders.

Manage and support facility operations across various bank locations.

Assist in revamping key performance indicators (KPIs) with vendors.

Utilize Excel for data analysis, including creating formulas and pivot tables.

Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.

What's Needed?

Experience in commercial real estate or retail (not multifamily / property management).

Prior experience in facility coordination or management.

Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and formula creation.

Ability to oversee multiple territories and manage vendor relationships.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
