What's the Job?
Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored to financial services projects.
Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Oversee manual and automated testing efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong background in financial services or banking, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
Expertise in QA tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JIRA, and Jenkins.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
