Job Title : Human Resources Business Partner, Technical Manager
Location : Columbus, OH
Pay Range : Targeting around $135k - $150k 5% annual bonus potential
What's the Job?
Lead and set direction for all levels of management on Human Resources strategy and initiatives.
Partner with division management to support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Manage design of human resource strategies and programs in support of division business needs.
Develop and report meaningful metrics to support the business.
Manage CAS-wide special projects and organizational initiatives affecting change in structure and culture.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in HR or Business related field required.
10 years of Human Resources experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Effective communication skills to advise and counsel all levels of management and staff.
Strong working knowledge of HR and Employment Laws and best practices.
