What will you be doing?
Perform HVAC load Calculations , select HVAC equipment, size and route duct and pipe and produce P.E. stamped mechanical drawings.
Provide customers with custom mechanical solutions.
Use CAD / BIM to produce mechanical drawings.
Manage multiple projects for multiple customers at the same time.
Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and techniques, particularly related to HVAC installations.
What do you bring?
Positive, motivated, can-do attitude
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering-specializing in HVAC Design and engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
Strategic planning, strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
