Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical device organization in the Alameda, CA for a Implementation Support Specialist- Retail Order Management Specialist role to assist their team.

Job Title : Implementation Support Specialist- Retail Order Management Specialist
Pay Range : $25-27 / hr on w2
Duration : 6 months contract with possible extension
Location : Alameda, CA
- This is an Onsite position currently
- Part time hours- Approx 20 hours per week
- Hours : 9am-1pm Monday-Friday
will need to be flexible as some team meetings are earlier)
Manager looking for candidate to start asap after selected candidate clears screenings
Wll handle retail order management and invoicing.
Will be processing Purchase Orders, invoicing, tracking etc of a retail Abbott product that is launching on Amazon.
May investigate if there is an issue with shipment or invoicing by reaching out to the vendor support team, track shipment status from the warehouse, track / payments etc.
Will be utilizing internal FAC Finance system.
Education Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma or GED-
Associate / Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus, but not required if there is previous type work experience (such as order implementation, tracking, retail or wholesale order management)
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites- Strong MS Office working knowledge- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written –
Ability to use good thinking and reasoning skills
Must Have Good computer / data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and follow through.
Ability to use good thinking and reasoning to solve problems-
If someone has any type of SAP experience, that would also be a plus.
