What's the Job?
We are seeking an experienced video conferencing engineer to join our team to deploy modern VC equipment in hundreds of rooms across our service territory.
The candidate we are seeking must have experience with design, engineering, coordinating with installers and troubleshooting systems.
This resource will be the only layer of technical support and is responsible for user education and support - this will include supporting / interfacing with individuals at all levels of the company.
This position will be a KEY resource.
What's Needed?
4 years of video conf software engineering experience with modern tools
Software experience in MS Teams & Zoom
Physical hardware experience with Modern Video Conference Room equipment
Network and Security protocols and configurations
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
