Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Logistics Specialist
Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range : $20 per hour
630-3pm Tuesday- Saturday
What's the Job?
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and answer questions effectively.
Monitor progress of delivery routes and maintain communication with drivers and customers.
Assist drivers with delivery issues and participate in inventory counts as needed.
Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.
Process returns and monitor emails for scheduling inquiries and confirmations.
What's Needed?
At least 1 year of logistics experience .
General knowledge of the transportation industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
