Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Lumper / Driver Helper to join their team. As a Lumper / Driver Helper, you will be part of the operations team supporting local freight delivery. Job Title : Lumper / Driver Helper
Location : Clinton, PA
Pay Range : $18 / hr
What's the Job?
Assist a local straight truck driver with loading and unloading freight during pickups and deliveries.
Participate in an average of 10-15 stops per day, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Collaborate with the driver to ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
What's Needed?
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading freight.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability and punctuality to meet delivery schedules.
