Our client, a leader in finance, is seeking a Digital Content Manager to join their team. As a Digital Content Manager, you will be part of the content publishing team supporting various commercial channels. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Digital Content Manager
Location : Chandler, AZ - Hybrid Work schedule
Pay Range : $50 per hour (W2 Only)
What's the Job?
Manage the end-to-end content publishing lifecycle from requirements intake to live publishing.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure deliverables are completed under tight timelines.
Author and review content for various communications, ensuring compliance with editorial and accessibility standards.
Document processes, manage queues, and maintain standards governance.
Plan and execute testing of CMS publishing capabilities.
What's Needed?
3 years of experience with SDL Tridion / Web 8.0 or similar enterprise CMS.
Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and knowledge of Accessibility / WCAG standards.
Familiarity with JSON, XML, and XSL code.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
