Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer, you will be part of the operations team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Tucson, AZ
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and part replacement to maintain HVAC systems at optimum performance levels.
Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
